We usually respond within one to two working days. During result season, when message volume is high, replies may take a little longer, so thank you for your patience.
What to include
To help us reply faster, please tell us:
- Which page your message is about (paste the link if you can).
- What you found or need, in a line or two.
- If you are reporting a wrong date, code or figure, what the correct value is and where you saw it, so we can verify and update quickly.
What we cannot do
We are an independent information site, not a board, so please note:
- We cannot change, unlock, recheck or improve your result. Only your board can do that. Our board guides explain how to apply for rechecking.
- We cannot access your marks card or personal record.
- We cannot register you for exams or supplementary exams.
